What is your return policy?
While Luna and I hope that you will love your Greetings From Luna cards, if you are unhappy with your purchase (or if it arrives damaged), please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase.
I will cover the cost of reshipping if:
- your order arrives damaged
- you've been sent an incorrect item
- your package was lost in the mail (unless you provided me with an incorrect address at checkout)
You will be required to cover the cost of reshipping if:
- you would like a refund or exchange for reasons other than the above
- you provided an incorrect address at checkout
- if you did not pick up your package at customs for any reason
Exchanges and refunds will only be processed when I've received the items in its original condition, unless your order was damaged. In cases of damage, please email me some photos showing the damage.
Please note that the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:
- Custom portraits
- Sale items
